THE GOVERNMENT OF DENMARK EARMARKS 200 MILLION EUROS FOR GREEN JOBS

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published their latest newsletter. This time with focus on "the Green Denmark". The main headline is about how the Danish government just agreed on earmarking 200 mill. € for green jobs in Denmark.

The money is to create jobs by finding solutions to some of the environmental challenges that Denmark and the world are struggling with and by making public transport greener.

Furthermore, OECD recently published a report about this creation of green jobs in Denmark in which they are promoting Denmark, and especially Copenhagen, as one of world leaders when it comes to the creating of green jobs.
